1. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds Post-Project: Once a project has commenced, RPM Design + Production does not offer refunds for any services performed.
  • Pre-Project Refunds: Refunds will be issued if requested before the commencement of a project.

2. Revisions and Corrections

  • Revisions: RPM Design + Production will accommodate clients with revisions or corrections to any deliverables.
  • Reprint/Manufacture of Damaged Items: If items are damaged, proof of damage must be presented before we will remake or reprint them.
  • Request for Corrections: All requests for corrections must be made formally via email. We will address and make corrections within 48 hours of receiving a formal request.

3. Proof of Damage

  • For manufactured items, clients must provide proof of damage before a remake is processed.
